Prices

Prices on this site are for labor per TV and do not include sales tax where it applies. We confirm your final price with you before work starts. Anything added on site is priced and agreed with you first.

$30 quiz discount

Request your price through the questions on this site and mention it when we call or when you book, and we take $30 off your order. One discount per order. It can't be combined with other promotions.

Multi-TV discount

Every TV after the first, mounted in the same visit, is $30 off its labor price.

Payment

You pay when the job is done, by cash, card, Zelle, Venmo or PayPal.

Cancellation

Cancel or reschedule free until the installer is on the way.

Warranty

For 3 years we warrant our installation work. If a mount we supplied and installed loosens or fails because of how we installed it, we come back and reinstall it at no charge. To make a claim, contact us and let us inspect the install before anything is repaired or moved.

What we are not responsible for

Unless the law says otherwise, we are not responsible for:

(a) mounts, brackets and hardware you supplied; we install them at your request and at your risk, and the warranty covers only our labor;
(b) the condition of your wall, including plaster, old, damaged or hollow drywall, and brick, stone or tile that cracks or chips during normal drilling, and any patching or painting;
(c) wiring, pipes or other objects inside walls that could not be found with standard tools;
(d) your TV and other equipment, including defects and screen damage, unless caused by our negligence;
(e) a TV or mount that someone else moved, adjusted or put extra weight on, including leaning on or hanging from the TV;
(f) events outside our control, such as fire, flood or storms.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Your home

Please make sure you have permission to drill (for example from your landlord or HOA) and tell us about anything in the wall we should know about. Wiring, pipes and other things inside walls are not always visible; the installer checks before drilling and will stop and talk to you if something looks wrong.

Your mount

If you supply the mount, it has to be rated for your TV's size and weight. The installer will tell you before starting if it isn't.

Photos of our work

The installer may photograph the finished install, without people or personal items, for our records and website. Tell us if you'd rather we didn't.

Calls and text messages

By asking for a price on this site, you agree that we and our installers may call and text the number you give us, including marketing messages, using automated technology. Calls are recorded. Consent isn't a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
