How many TVs are we mounting?
Every TV after the first is $30 off.
How it goes

We call you back within 3 minutes and set a time. Today, or any day that suits you.
The installer can be at your door as soon as an hour after the call. He phones when he's on the way.
He marks the spot with painter's tape and checks the height with you before drilling.
You pay when the job is done: cash, card, Zelle, Venmo or PayPal.
Hidden wires, done to code
A regular power cord run inside a wall breaks electrical code (NEC 400.12). We hide wires with a code-approved in-wall power kit made for use behind drywall.
If you'd rather keep the wall intact, we run a paintable cord cover from the TV down to your outlet for $49.

Apartments and HOAs
Many buildings in Cary and Raleigh ask for a certificate of insurance before any drilling. We carry general liability insurance and provide the certificate on request.
Questions
What does the warranty cover?
Our work, for 3 years. If the mount loosens or the TV comes down because of how we installed it, we come back and make it right. Please don't do pull-ups on it anyway.
Where are you located?
Right here in the Triangle. Our installers live in Cary, Raleigh and the towns around them. Tell us your ZIP code and we'll send whoever is closest.
Do I need my own mount?
No, we can bring one: fixed $35, tilting $49 or full-motion $69. If you already bought a mount, we'll use yours.
Do I need a stud finder or any tools?
No. The installer brings everything: stud finder, level, drill, anchors and bolts.
How do I pay?
Any way you like: cash, card, Zelle, Venmo or PayPal. You pay after the job is done.
Can I book for later in the week?
Yes. Most people want it today, but you can pick any day and time that works.
Privacy Policy
Effective October 22, 2026. This policy covers straightuptvmounting.com, run by Straight Up TV Mounting, North Carolina.
What we collect
When you ask for a price: your first name, phone number and the details of your install (number and size of TVs, wall, mount, extras). Calls with us, in either direction, are recorded for quality, training and to settle disagreements; we say so at the start of the call. Text messages you exchange with our team and installers are stored too.
When you use the site: your device and browser type, approximate location based on your IP address, pages viewed, what you tap and how far you scroll, and the ad or link that brought you here.
Cookies and tracking by other companies
We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity. They use cookies and similar technology and may collect information about your activity on this site and on other sites over time. Clarity records how visitors move through and use the site (heatmaps and session replays) so we can improve it; it hides what you type into form fields. Learn more in the Google and Microsoft privacy statements.
How we use it
To call you about your price and booking, schedule the installer, send your invoice, handle warranty requests, measure which ads bring customers and make the site easier to use. When you ask for a price, we may share a protected (hashed) form of your phone number with Google Ads to measure our ads.
Text messages
We use your number to text you about your price and booking (for example, when the installer is on the way, your invoice and a request for a review) and, if you agreed, about offers. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to stop texts, HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
The installer assigned to your job, and the companies that run our business for us: phone system, messaging and spreadsheet tools our team uses to handle requests, scheduling and invoicing software, payment processor, Google and Microsoft. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep call recordings, messages and request details for 6 months. If you book a job, we keep the invoice and job record for as long as tax law and your warranty require. Access is limited to the people who handle your booking.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop calls, email hello@straightuptvmounting.com. You can block or delete cookies in your browser and opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Warranty
For 3 years we warrant our installation work. If a mount we supplied and installed loosens or fails because of how we installed it, we come back and reinstall it at no charge. To make a claim, contact us and let us inspect the install before anything is repaired or moved.
What we are not responsible for
Unless the law says otherwise, we are not responsible for:
(a) mounts, brackets and hardware you supplied; we install them at your request and at your risk, and the warranty covers only our labor;
(b) the condition of your wall, including plaster, old, damaged or hollow drywall, and brick, stone or tile that cracks or chips during normal drilling, and any patching or painting;
(c) wiring, pipes or other objects inside walls that could not be found with standard tools;
(d) your TV and other equipment, including defects and screen damage, unless caused by our negligence;
(e) a TV or mount that someone else moved, adjusted or put extra weight on, including leaning on or hanging from the TV;
(f) events outside our control, such as fire, flood or storms.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Your home
Please make sure you have permission to drill (for example from your landlord or HOA) and tell us about anything in the wall we should know about. Wiring, pipes and other things inside walls are not always visible; the installer checks before drilling and will stop and talk to you if something looks wrong.
Your mount
If you supply the mount, it has to be rated for your TV's size and weight. The installer will tell you before starting if it isn't.
Photos of our work
The installer may photograph the finished install, without people or personal items, for our records and website. Tell us if you'd rather we didn't.
Calls and text messages
By asking for a price on this site, you agree that we and our installers may call and text the number you give us, including marketing messages, using automated technology. Calls are recorded. Consent isn't a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
